The biggest problem, is that this is a complete cluster-fuck. Work on making better graphics for the terrain, and come up with a better way to separate them from each other. Everything seems to blend together as it is. Creating actual sprites or animations for the units would be a big step too.

I didn't care for the graphics or the music, and the fish sometimes swam under that grass.

There some issues with the game, mostly with the graphics. You should fix the transparency problems on the runway in the first level, and make it so the missile graphics don't follow the cursor. I couldn't tell what I was shooting half of the time because of that. It might also be worth it to make some sprites for the missiles instead of the fading circles. One last thing; try turning the rate of fire and the spawn rate of enemies up.
